 Vita

I was born in Bucharest and now live with my family in Dortmund.

Professional background

Parallel to my school days, I was trained at the state ballet school in Bucharest and then at the Academy de Danse Classique in Monte Carlo.

After that, my dance career as a prima ballerina began, during which I was able to experience many beautiful moments on stage.

These included invitations to the most important international ballet festivals (Paris, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Czech Republic, Rudolf Nureyev Festival in Kazan).

I was engaged as the first soloist in Bucharest, Nancy, Düsseldorf, Meiningen and Dortmund.

My physical as well as mental efforts were rewarded with awards such as first place in the international competition "Oleg Danovski" and multiple nominations for   "Best Dancer" in North Rhine-Westphalia.

At the same time, I successfully completed the directing/choreography course at the University of Science and Art in Romania and graduated with a diploma.

During my stay at the dance academy in Monte-Carlo I got to know sophrology, which helped me immensely in the further course of my dance career to maintain my performance.

I then decided to take up the master’s degree in Caycédienne® sophrology in Liège.

The "ChoreoSophology" method I developed was the focus of my diploma thesis.

I have been using this method successfully in lectures, workshops, inclusive dance projects and performances since 2013. I practice this method both in therapeutic fields (in various clinical institutions in Belgium and Germany) and in personal development.

My now recognized and practiced choreo-sophrology method and my extended competence, which I have acquired through training as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy, is successfully implemented in practice and has been an integral part of the offer at the LWL Clinic in Dortmund since 2016._cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
